Te has dado cuenta de que <b>no era el hecho, si no tu percepci\u00f3n del hecho lo que te hacia sufrir<\/b>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element fortaleza<\/b>, es la manera que tenemos de <b>controlar nuestra energ\u00eda<\/b>.<br><br>Cuando no controlas tu energ\u00eda y tu foco, la mente y <b>los pensamientos negativos toman el control<\/b>, nos identificamos con ellos y de repente nos vemos metidos en esa espiral de preocupaci\u00f3n, vemos la vida a trav\u00e9s de esa negatividad .<br><br><b>Cuando tienes el control de tu atenci\u00f3n<\/b> (esto se puede entrenar), puedes dirigir tu foco all\u00ed donde quieras, por ejemplo a tu diafragma y as\u00ed consigues dos cosas: <b>quitarle la atenci\u00f3n a los pensamientos<\/b> y darle se\u00f1ales a tu cuerpo de que no hay ning\u00fan peligro, todo va bien.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
